text white background
I just bought CL two days ago and am having what might be a simple problem for some, but I have combed the tutorials and help section and cannot find the answer...
Here it is...
Once I have a text entry added, a sound effect normally (the word "BOOM" would be an example)...I would like to copy and paste it into a Photoshop document in progress...
But the text always has a white or colored background...depending on where it was copied from in ComicLife ...
Is there a way to make the background of a text object transparent so that the white background does not appear around the text after pasting into Photoshop..?
I'm new to CL3 and hope I am not asking some obvious question...

Hello there Allan,
Thanks for contacting us and for purchasing Comic Life 3.
You will need to export it out as a PNG with 100% Opacity on the page.
To do that, make sure you don’t have anything selected – so that means the page is “selected” then:
Click the Inspector > go to the “Graphic” tab (4th tab) > And then reduce the Opacity slider to 0%.
Then go to File > Export > Export to Image(s)…. > and choose PNG as the Format and 300 dpi resolution.
And you will have exported lettering – with a large transparent background, which you can easily crop in Photoshop.
Hope this helps,
