import image into Comic Draw iPad

I was able to import a jpeg the other day. Now I can't figure out how I did it.

Thanks for contacting us.

You can only import/paste images in The Sketching Interface or The Inking and Coloring Interface.

In either mode, you need to do a long press on the selection tool in the sidebar. Choose from “Paste”, “Paste Image from Photos” or “Paste Image from Camera” and your image will be pasted into the current layer. Resize to what you want before unselecting – otherwise you will need to use the selection tool to select it again.

“Paste” only appears when you when you have an image store in the pasteboard. For example, copy and image from Safari – you will be able to Paste into Comic Draw.
