Our school district has just issued Google notebooks to our students. Comic Life 3 is on a set of desktops in our library and we are using it to create a comic. But they do not seem to be able to copy from Google docs where many of them collected pictures to be used in the comic project and paste them into Comic Life 3. Anyone have any experience with this?.

Hello there David.

Thanks for contacting us.

If you click on an image in Google Drive in the upper right hand corner there should be four icons – the one you want to click on is the “Pop-out” button. As seen below:

Once you click that, the image will open up in a new tab in your browser. Then you can right click on the image, and select “Copy image”.

Then switch over to Comic Life, and on a blank part of the page, right click and select “Paste”.

Hope this works for you and your students. Please let us know if you have any issues or questions.

Best wishes,
Mark | plasq
